En-Able Disability Awareness

The En-able programme is equipping teachers to better support students with diverse learning needs and disabilities in their classrooms. In partnership with Trinayani—an NGO known for its work in disability awareness and inclusion—the programme uses participatory and exploratory methods to help teachers understand the full range of disabilities and make inclusivity a natural part of everyday teaching.

The training is led by Ms. Ritika Sahni, Disability Campaigner, Trainer, and Founder Trustee of Trinayani. Her expertise is helping teachers develop the skills and confidence to create classrooms where every student feels supported and included.
